"Do The Routines" uses a clip from a workout led by Tony Britt. Tony grew up in Accra, Ghana, West Africa and moved to the UK in the mid- to late-1970s. He was one of the performers in the South African musical "Ipi Tombi," a passionate dancer, performer, and health enthusiast. Tony passed away in the UK in 1988 due to HIV. He was 32 years old.
